Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Atlanta, or Toronto; attendance at the office is required two days per week.

What you will do

• Manage projects and large transformation programs for banking clients.
• Coordinate communication and delivery across clients, partners, and internal hirify.global teams.
• Advise clients on implementing online applications and maximizing the hirify.global solution.
• Manage project teams, multiple teams, or multiple projects, including resource planning and issue resolution.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and identify business development opportunities.
• Manage project and program risks, issues, changes, reporting, and replanning.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in the financial sector and in a startup or scaleup environment.
• Experience managing a program and working with senior stakeholders on long-term strategy.
• Strong knowledge of software tools used in project delivery and reporting.
• Experience with Agile practices, Scrum methodology, client management, change management, and risk management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Mexico City, Atlanta, or Toronto with office attendance two days per week.
