Principal Technical Program Manager (Web3)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid with in-office collaboration 10+ days per month

Annual base salary: $240,000–$290,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead large cross-functional programs connected to strategic product initiatives.
• Develop department-level priorities, strategy, and technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, remove obstacles, and make data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate product, program, and engineering teams to build consensus and deliver program objectives.
• Coordinate testing and release dependencies across engineering teams.
• Build release, bug, and progress-tracking dashboards to identify delivery gaps.

Requirements

• 12+ years of release or technical program management experience in sophisticated enterprise technology environments.
• Experience using data and analytics to assess project and system health.
• Working knowledge of software development and Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma processes.
• Ability to influence without authority, negotiate, build consensus, and deliver in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and system design focused on reliability and scaling.
• Experience in payments, custody, stablecoin, or blockchain ecosystems.
