Project Manager (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within Quebec, Canada

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale organizational transformation, infrastructure, technology migration, workspace modernization, and process transformation programs.
• Manage program budgets, often exceeding $10M, as well as timelines, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across IT, real estate, finance, HR, operations, and organizational teams.
• Establish governance through KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and oversight of project managers.
• Support internal and external stakeholders through change management while maintaining security, cybersecurity, sustainability, and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-dimensional programs, including organizational transitions with $20M+ budgets.
• Experience working in high-governance, matrix environments with strong leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Planview, Jira, and Power BI, with solid knowledge of PMBOK.
• University degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, MSP, or Prosci certification.
• ServiceNow knowledge.
