What you will do

• Coach managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, company policies, culture, and values.
• Triage employee relations concerns and support timely resolution of sensitive workplace issues.
• Partner with Legal on formal investigation close-outs and ensure follow-up coaching and actions are completed.
• Help managers address underperformance through documented coaching and performance improvement plans.
• Work with HR Operations on complex employee- and manager-generated requests and HR processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and translate case insights into improvements to policies, tools, training, and programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or HRBP roles.
• Experience resolving complex, unique, and highly sensitive employment-related issues.
• Strong knowledge of current employment law, employment standards, legislation, and employee relations best practices.
• Ability to advise diverse stakeholders while balancing legal compliance and business needs.
• Strong influencing, judgment, decision-making, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with managers, executives, HR, Legal, and cross-functional teams.
