Branch Manager

Location: Woodbury, Minnesota, United States; office-based role

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, service, operations, financial performance, and customer relationships.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver effective customer service.
• Acquire consumer and business customers, deepen existing relationships, and make referrals to internal banking partners.
• Build business and community relationships through consistent business development and calling activities.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, colleague development, and team resources.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, relationship-building, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree and previous management experience.
