Branch Manager - Woodbury, MN

Location: Woodbury, MN, United States; office-based workplace. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues toward budgeted production, service, retention, and development goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and build new customer relationships.
• Drive referrals, business development, community engagement, and internal partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to maintain appropriate branch staffing.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
