Corrugated Business Associate (Sales)

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Complete a 10–12-month rotational training program focused on sales development.
• Rotate through design, production, customer service, and sales departments at a corrugated box plant.
• Complete department assignments and projects under supervisor guidance.
• Identify operational issues and improvement opportunities, then present findings and potential solutions.
• Collaborate with mentors and other associates and participate in GIFT training conferences.
• Transition into a full-time Sales Representative role after successful completion of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required upon starting the position.
• Degree completion expected between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Availability to start between May 2027 and July 2027.
• Ability to travel as necessary with valid documents for air and car travel.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and perform extended periods of sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, leadership, networking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• At least one internship or co-op, preferably in a related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field.
