Corrugated Packaging Sales Representative

Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana, with positions supporting the Lexington, Kentucky and Bowling Green, Kentucky regions

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the corrugated packaging and displays market.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Develop relationships with existing clients, provide product information, and resolve customer issues.
• Create sales strategies based on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Advise clients on product selection, customization options, and corrugated packaging solutions.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing, specifications, delivery terms, and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience selling corrugated packaging and displays.
• Strong sales, prospecting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and resolve issues.
• Customer-focused approach with timely decision-making and commitment to outstanding service.
