What you will do
- Complete a structured training program covering sales processes, adhesive technologies, and manufacturing operations.
- Partner with Account Managers and Technical Service teams to support customer accounts.
- Participate in customer visits, business reviews, and product demonstrations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and identify solutions to meet specific requirements.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage business development efforts and opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities to gain hands-on field experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere within the United States upon completion of the program.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work in production environments.
