Intern - Sales

What you will do

• Visit retailers with Sales Representatives and participate in customer meetings.
• Help solve customer challenges with Sales Operations and internal support teams.
• Network with senior leaders, associates, and other interns to learn about the organization.
• Tour the manufacturing facility, Global Hub, and R&D Lab.
• Participate in community outreach, career development, team-building events, and the annual Ideation & Innovation Challenge.
• Work with cross-functional teams and mentors to develop and present a business proposal addressing a provided problem statement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in school and pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and use computers effectively.
• Ability to relocate if not local to Bridgeton, Missouri.
