Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global Financial Services provides finance and insurance solutions for hirify.global and Lexus customers in North America and is undergoing a technology transformation.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical programs consisting of inter-related projects and align teams around business and engineering objectives.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, and product management teams to design and launch new capabilities.
• Coordinate launch planning, milestones, dependencies, and unified delivery timelines across multiple workflows.
• Develop scalable cross-organization processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs for large-scale programs.
• Influence product and technical strategy while managing risks, bottlenecks, escalations, and business-technology tradeoffs.
• Prioritize and track incoming requests through the program intake queue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience, including 6+ years of software development and 6+ years managing complex technology programs with engineering teams.
• Experience managing large, customer-facing, cross-functional program initiatives and leading collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience leading engineering teams in product-driven companies and developing technical roadmaps.
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining execution, accountability, and results.
• Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.

Nice to have

• AWS Practitioner, PMP, master’s degree, or MBA.
• Experience in financial or banking services.
• Experience managing SDK, customer-experience framework, SaaS, or public-cloud programs.
