Cyber Security Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, dependency management, milestone tracking, and delivery oversight for complex cybersecurity initiatives.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, progress transparency, and impediment resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, vendors, procurement activities, and third-party delivery.
• Coordinate cybersecurity releases, change governance, readiness activities, approvals, and required delivery artifacts.
• Establish governance routines, reporting dashboards, escalation paths, and decision forums for cybersecurity programs.
• Align cybersecurity roadmaps and portfolio priorities with business strategy, risk reduction, compliance obligations, and technology plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years leading cybersecurity, IT, or technology initiatives through the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing concurrent programs with interdependent deliverables, competing priorities, budgets, risks, governance, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, judgment, and independent decision-making skills.
• Must have United States work authorization and must not require Toyota immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity programs in financial services, banking, insurance, or automotive.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or PMP certification.
• Experience improving cybersecurity operating models, governance mechanisms, or portfolio processes.
• Familiarity with cloud security, identity and access management, vulnerability management, third-party risk, or security architecture.
