Technology Program Manager - Associate (AI)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid schedule with four office days and remote work on Fridays

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Define program scope, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes with Engineering.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and accountability practices.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
• Support technology strategy and execution frameworks while driving continuous delivery improvements.
• Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and coordination.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in at least two areas including technical program management, financial services, or technology and financial services consulting.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, cloud technologies such as AWS, and project management tools such as JIRA or Monday.com.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, consensus-building, and problem-solving skills.
