What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Partner with leadership to define program scope, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure project transparency.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and engineering productivity.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools for improved planning and coordination.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in technical program management or consulting.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
