Technology Program Manager - Associate (Fintech)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; office-based four days per week with remote work available on Fridays

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Define program scope, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes with Engineering leadership.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and accountability practices.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Shape technology execution frameworks and drive continuous improvement across the Technology organization.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and automation to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and coordination.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in at least two areas: technical program management, financial services, or technology and financial services consulting.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, and cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• PMP certification.
