What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs across multiple engineering teams.
- Partner with leadership to define program scope, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure project transparency.
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and engineering productivity.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools for improved planning and coordination.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in technical program management or consulting.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proven ability to navigate complexity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS.
- Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or similar platforms.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
