Senior Analyst, Operations Technology (Maximo)

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three office days per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Must be available to work up to five days in the office if required and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Salary: $115,020–$127,800 annually, commensurate with experience, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance digital solutions used by the Operations organization.
• Gather requirements, support project solicitation and management, and coordinate technology changes.
• Build and manage a cross-functional business support group for defect, enhancement, regression, and release testing.
• Coordinate release schedules, testing environments, test scripts, assignments, retesting, and documented approvals with IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop end-user communications and collect post-release feedback to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop KPIs and reports while becoming a subject-matter expert in selected technology solutions and related business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Five to eight years of experience in electric or gas utilities or a related field.
• Knowledge of systems development methodologies, project management, application development, and support processes.
• Broad knowledge of technologies, technology issues, and technology change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with solid conceptual knowledge of information technology.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring immigration-related sponsorship will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Maximo.
• Supply chain experience.
• Master’s degree or project management education and experience.
