What you will do

• Support telecommunications and utility network modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and connectivity transformation projects.
• Contribute to end-to-end project plans for technology implementations, service improvements, and infrastructure expansions.
• Apply SD-WAN principles to improve network performance, data security, and operational workflows.
• Develop cost-reduction and cost-avoidance strategies for telecommunications operations.
• Support vendor negotiations, network management, and initiatives designed to maximize financial efficiency.
• Coordinate with leadership, regulatory bodies, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders on compliance and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis and transformation experience in the utilities and telecommunications industries.
• Experience with project management, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SD-WAN principles, cost-saving strategies, and financial cost-avoidance techniques.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks, infrastructure investment strategies, and modernization roadmaps.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and backlog management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret billing rates, tariffs, and customer information system data.
