Principal Business Systems Analyst, Oracle Order Management

Location: Andover, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work schedule in the Andover office. Fully remote-only candidates cannot be considered. Up to 5% travel required.

Salary: $109,750–$182,900 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, maintain, and support IT and management information systems in the Oracle eBusiness Suite environment.
• Act as a liaison between business teams, end users, business analysts, and technical teams to gather, validate, and document requirements.
• Lead functional specifications, solution design, implementation, and support for sales and order management processes in Oracle EBS.
• Design and enhance integrations between Oracle EBS and upstream or downstream systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, concurrent programs, and file-based interfaces.
• Provide Oracle configuration expertise and technical leadership for automating order management functions.
• Manage change control and serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Order Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a senior or principal business analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Customers, Order Management, pricing, intercompany, scheduling, shipping execution, and Receivables integration.
• Strong techno-functional experience designing and supporting Oracle EBS integrations with external systems.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 in a global manufacturing and distribution environment.
• Very strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in business language.

Nice to have

• Experience with Installed Base.
• Exposure to Financials, including GL, AP, and AR, and Supply Chain Planning interactions.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within Oracle EBS.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Applications.
