What you will do

• Own the functional solution architecture to ensure all technical deliverables align with overarching business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Lead Agile teams as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate internal and vendor resources using standard IT Project Management processes for cost-efficient delivery.
• Execute ITSM/ITIL processes to ensure operational stability and direct external providers in support tasks.
• Mentor junior team members and plan hardware/software lifecycle upgrades to keep the technical stack modern.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional IT experience in a corporate environment.
• 2–3 years of direct experience in Project Management or Agile Leadership.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the DevOps delivery model.
• Proficiency in ITSM/ITIL frameworks for operational stability.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and offshore technical providers.
