What you will do

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Coordinate alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external IT service providers.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs and ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual, technical, and financial standards.
• Analyze application landscapes, data flows, and system architecture to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Manage IT budgets and forecasts, analyze spending trends, and support long-range planning.
• Assess technical risks, escalate critical issues, and develop performance dashboards and executive summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a business-related discipline.
• 7–9 years of professional experience in IT business analysis or service delivery.
• High-level understanding of enterprise IT architectures, integration points, and modern software development and deployment lifecycles.
• Expert proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to present complex technical and financial data to non-technical executives and work effectively in matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with metrics-based management and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of service provider accountability, SLAs, and contractual terms.
• Excellent facilitation skills.
