Corrugated Business Associate (Sales)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Complete a 10–12-month rotational training program focused on sales development.
• Rotate through design, production, customer service, and sales departments at a corrugated box plant.
• Complete department assignments and projects under the direction of supervisors.
• Identify operational issues and improvement opportunities, then present findings and solutions.
• Collaborate with mentors and other Corrugated Business Associates on projects and training conferences.
• Learn how plant departments work together to improve customer service and support business growth.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required upon starting the position, with graduation between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Availability to start between May 2027 and July 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, networking, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and communicate openly with team members.
• Ability to travel as necessary and possess valid documents for air and car travel.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, sitting, squatting, kneeling, and bending.

Nice to have

• At least one internship or co-op, preferably in an environment related to the program.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field.
