Data Analyst II (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Must be able to work from Virginia, Tennessee, or North Carolina; fully remote, hybrid, or fully office-based work is available. Occasional travel to client sites and company offices may be required.

Salary: $67,885–$95,029 per year

What you will do

• Set up, configure, maintain, and test tracking for healthcare websites and mobile applications.
• Contribute to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations by configuring data views, building workspace projects, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Work with engineering teams on tags and scripts using Freshpaint or Tealium, supporting accurate and HIPAA-compliant data collection.
• Analyze web and product analytics data to identify user behavior patterns, conversion trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, insights, and solution documentation using GA4, Heap, and Adobe CJA.
• Manage individual work streams, present recommendations to clients, and advise on analytics tracking and data interpretation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital analytics, technical consulting, or a related analytical field.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementation, workspace analysis, or configuration.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience querying large datasets with SQL, Python, or R.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; CS, MIS, or Data Science preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience with Freshpaint, Tealium, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and database optimization.
• Adobe certifications such as CJA Business Practitioner.
• Healthcare analytics experience and familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
