Salary: $128,000–$173,000 per year, plus equity options

What you will do

• Map end-to-end bank workflows across leveraged finance origination, structuring, syndication, direct lending, CLO structuring, and trading.
• Identify high-value workflow insertion points and build AI-enabled solutions using in-platform capabilities, MCP integrations, agents, and new platform capabilities.
• Onboard user cohorts, run enablement sessions, develop client champions, and monitor adoption across served accounts.
• Translate deployment insights into prioritized product and engineering requests, case studies, demo assets, workflow evidence, and competitive intelligence.
• Identify expansion opportunities across users, use cases, departments, and products, and coordinate commercial follow-up with Account Management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practitioner experience at a bank with fluency in end-to-end workflows in leveraged finance, direct lending, CLO structuring, or related bank transformation functions.
• Experience in leveraged finance origination, syndication, capital markets execution, direct lending, private credit, CLO arranging or structuring, or banking-focused AI and workflow transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Rogo, Hebbia, AlphaSense, or comparable AI-native platforms.
• Ability to operate with discretion in confidential deal environments and maintain clear account boundaries.
• Strong communication skills with analysts, associates, MDs, group heads, desk heads, and technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across GTM, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams while focusing on measurable client adoption outcomes.
