Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Location: New York City, NY; 5 days onsite

Salary: $175,000–$240,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from inception through production maintenance.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system and component library for frontend teams and agents.
• Design and implement highly scalable and reliable platform systems.
• Partner with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to improve internal and external user experiences.
• Propose new features, identify improvements proactively, and contribute to the growth of the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience building platform services from scratch in a resource-constrained environment.
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar web development language.
• Strong computer science and coding fundamentals.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with software engineering advancements.
• Availability to work onsite in New York City five days per week.
