Senior Frontend Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, hybrid

Base salary + equity: $235,000–$264,000

What you will do

• Build and improve frontend experiences for call health, LLM observability, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop data-heavy dashboards and call logs used by thousands of monthly active users.
• Deliver production React, TypeScript, and Tailwind work with API integration and automated testing.
• Improve performance, accessibility, usability, and scalability of real-time interfaces and complex workflows.
• Own a core product workflow and establish reusable patterns in the design system and Storybook.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design while using agentic coding tools without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise.
• Strong command of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser APIs, and frontend-to-backend integrations.
• Strong web performance and accessibility fundamentals, including Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse.
• Experience with component, visual, and end-to-end testing, Storybook, and design systems.
• Excellent product and UX judgment with strong collaboration across product and design.
• Production experience with agentic coding tools and Tailwind CSS.

Nice to have

• Experience building data-intensive dashboards, complex tables, pagination across millions of rows, or real-time interfaces.
