Engineer, Operation Management (Productivity)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Work location: Science Park II, moving to Tampines starting at the end of 2026.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate operations teams to meet delivery requirements.
• Set and review daily, weekly, and monthly line-performance KPI targets.
• Drive performance across Move, cycle time, wafer output, CLIP, and productivity metrics.
• Develop and maintain operations dashboards and management reports using line-performance data.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, cycle time, throughput, and capacity planning.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on waste elimination, cost reduction, automation, and productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, or related industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated participation in cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable business results.
• Strong leadership, motivational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong team player who is driven, motivated, and resourceful.
