What you will do

• Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality and reliability standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts for process characterization, data interpretation, and performance tracking.
• Establish SOPs and conduct FMEA to create robust, documented, and risk-mitigated processes.
• Assess product development requirements, including processing-method compatibility, cost, resources, and production schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities with technology specifications to support scalability and manufacturability.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process and project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience related to process engineering or manufacturing.
• Understanding of process development, optimization, and quality control concepts.
• Knowledge of SOP creation, FMEA principles, or other quality and risk-management frameworks.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret technical charts, and use basic engineering or analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and task-management skills, with a commitment to safe work practices.
