Senior Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise to improve production equipment uptime, reliability, and availability.
• Develop strategic maintenance plans and lead initiatives aligned with factory reliability targets.
• Apply Total Productive Maintenance tools and methodologies, including the Planned Maintenance Pillar.
• Oversee major capital investment projects and control execution against operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Manage maintenance KPIs, spare-parts inventory, repair costs, safety compliance, and standard operating procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop maintenance engineers and technicians while driving Lean, TPM, and root-cause-analysis improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant equipment and maintenance engineering experience, preferably in automated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of equipment engineering, maintenance engineering, and automation systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results in time-sensitive situations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
