Engineer, Process Engineering (Clean Tech)

What you will do

• Support production ramp schedules through process qualification, productivity improvements, and new tool releases.
• Establish SOPs, CAS, and FMEA documentation for assigned processes.
• Optimize and maintain processes using SPC and DOE methods.
• Drive process stability, continuous improvement plans, and performance index improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional groups to align best-known methods and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead a small team and conduct process training for Associate Engineers and Senior Associate Engineers.

Requirements

• Degree or Master's degree in electrical, electronics, chemical, microelectronics, physics, chemistry, or materials science.
• At least 2 years of relevant process engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control and experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to identify, assess, and solve process problems.
• Knowledge of process engineering software systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and mathematical skills.
