Manager, Corporate Strategy & CEO Initiatives (Biotechnology)

Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office, split between the New York and New Jersey offices

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of corporate and portfolio strategy.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, licensing transactions, acquisitions, and product lifecycle opportunities.
• Develop strategic analyses, financial models, valuation analyses, market assessments, and competitive intelligence for executive decision-making.
• Partner directly with the CEO on high-priority initiatives, special projects, investor-related analyses, and long-range planning.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, benchmarking analyses, and diligence materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Finance, and Corporate Development.

Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier business school.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy, healthcare investing, corporate strategy, business development, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare private equity, venture capital, or biopharmaceutical corporate strategy.
• Exposure to valuation, diligence, and transaction support.
• Experience preparing executive-level and board-level materials.
