What you will do

• Identify and evaluate early-stage healthcare technology opportunities based on time to market, strategic advantages, validation pathways, and market potential.
• Build and execute workplans covering quantitative and qualitative analysis of markets, competitors, products, and technologies.
• Support new venture creation across product development, business development, operations, and fundraising.
• Define leadership role profiles and source candidates for newly incubated ventures.
• Work directly with venture leadership teams during fundraising, strategic pivots, and other key business inflection points.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Exceptional academic background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
• Experience in venture building or product development, ideally in healthcare or life sciences technology.
• Ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders.
