Sr FP&A Analyst (Contract to Hire) (SaaS)

What you will do

• Create and manage financial dashboards in Power BI and Excel, communicating results, trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Report monthly financial results, support month-end close, and perform segment-level reporting and variance analysis with Accounting.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, contribute to rolling forecasts, and lead annual budget consolidation.
• Manage headcount forecasting, personnel expense models, reconciliations, and related reporting for Finance and leadership.
• Automate and optimize reporting and forecasting processes using Power BI, Excel, NetSuite, and AI-driven tools.
• Perform financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, data governance, and special projects supporting business growth and operational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple activities, perform under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Microsoft Copilot, and other financial reporting tools.
