VP, FP&A (SaaS)

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $258,156–$378,628 base salary per year, plus potential bonus, commission, and stock options.

What you will do

• Own the operating model, including capacity planning, topline and expense forecasting, financial statements, and cash forecasting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, rolling, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes, providing trend, risk, opportunity, and performance analysis.
• Prepare executive, management, investor, and Board reporting, including quarterly financial analysis and 409A-related reporting.
• Support Go-to-Market, People, R&D, and other cross-functional teams with capacity, compensation, hiring, equity, ROI, resource allocation, cloud cost, OKR, M&A, and strategic analysis.
• Develop long-term financial plans, business drivers, KPIs, scenario models, and recommendations to improve valuation and preserve liquidity.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team while improving planning systems, automation, dashboards, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience, including significant leadership experience.
• Experience in SaaS at scale and private equity experience is required.
• Demonstrated success producing timely, predictable financial models and implementing financial reporting systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and deadline-management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to leaders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
