Senior Java Developer (Capital Markets)

What you will do

• Engage business users to define requirements and design tools for trade analytics, pooling and securitization, trade capture, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Develop applications and prototypes and provide high-level technical consulting.
• Collaborate with business partners and technical team members to deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
• Assess configuration changes, identify application bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
• Resolve application issues and handle ad hoc requests for business partners in the I&CM division.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience designing, developing, integrating, and testing J2EE-based software solutions.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, servlets, JavaServer Pages (JSP), and JDBC.
• 7–10 years of experience with relational databases such as Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2.
• 3–5 years of experience with Eclipse, Git, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins.
• 3–5 years of experience designing and executing JUnit tests with Mockito.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, finance experience, and strong communication skills for bridging business and technical teams.

• Experience with Python and AI technologies.
