Program & Integration Lead (Data & Analytics Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead delivery within a global Data & Analytics transformation program.
• Coordinate regional business stakeholders, global delivery teams, architecture, data engineering, and governance functions.
• Integrate regional requirements into a global data platform while maintaining program alignment.
• Manage data warehouse modernization, migration, data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
• Oversee system integration, dependencies, data modeling, governance, master data management, and analytics solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive alignment across countries and time zones.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, PMO, or transformation leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
• Strong experience with enterprise data warehousing, data analytics environments, cloud data platforms, and system integration.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar platforms, plus data governance and master data management.
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sector, including commercial pharmaceutical data domains.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in global data transformation, platform consolidation, or data product programs.
• Exposure to AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
