Program Manager, Business Transformation

Location: Germany (DE); hybrid working with mobile work and variable hours

What you will do

• Plan strategic transformation projects, including timelines, business cases, milestones and delivery activities.
• Coordinate communication and alignment across senior leaders, program managers and cross-functional teams.
• Support complex transformation initiatives by monitoring progress, resolving issues and mitigating delivery risks.
• Use data and analytics to measure program success and inform decisions.
• Prepare Steering Committee materials and lead regular program meetings.
• Design and implement future-state operating models covering organization, governance, people processes and technology, while improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or in-house consulting.
• Experience or exposure to corporate transformations and operating model design.
• Strong project planning, organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
