What you will do
- Lead consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for US and international operations.
- Own global P&L reporting across forecast cycles and the annual operating plan.
- Develop driver-based forecasting models using backlog, volume, headcount, revenue, margin, and operating expense drivers.
- Act as the functional owner of SAP Analytics Cloud for FP&A models, dashboards, and planning workflows.
- Analyze foreign exchange impacts and cross-currency performance in partnership with Treasury and Accounting.
- Deliver executive and Board-level financial insights, narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or related roles.
- Experience working in global, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments.
- Strong experience with consolidated reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar planning tools.
- Deep understanding of financial hierarchies, chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, legal entities, and master data governance.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
Nice to have
- Experience in telecommunications, networking, or technology hardware and software companies.
- Familiarity with backlog-driven revenue models, deferred revenue, long sales cycles, and global manufacturing and supply chain cost structures.
