FP&A Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Build and maintain revenue, capacity, and rolling three-statement forecasts.
• Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and the 13-week cash forecast.
• Partner with department leads on ad hoc financial analysis and business decisions.
• Own internal management reporting and prepare monthly financial reviews.
• Prepare investor and board reporting materials and support sales and pipeline forecasting.
• Manage and develop a Financial Analyst as the function scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional financial planning projects end-to-end.
• Track record of mentoring others and raising the quality bar.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and scenario or sensitivity analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
• Experience using an ERP for self-service investigation and analysis.
• Experience building AI- or agent-assisted processes.
• Robotics, hardware, or manufacturing industry experience.
