Senior People Technology Analyst (Workday)

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $82,240.00–$152,160.00 annual base pay; incentive compensation may also be available but is not guaranteed.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain functional configuration for People Technology systems, including Workday HCM.
• Advise HR leaders and subject-matter experts on global Core HR processes, system configuration, and ongoing support.
• Design, develop, and implement HR technology solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee, manager, and business-leader experience.
• Support system upgrades and enhancements through prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support-model design.
• Provide technical support for functional HR application issues and maintain HR Systems documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support HR Technology projects through planning, scheduling, configuration, testing, training, change management, and special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Technology/HRIS experience required.
• 3+ years working in a Workday production environment, including Core HCM and other modules.
• Experience in a live Workday production environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM configuration.
• Ability to process large, critical data sets accurately.
• Strong project management, personal organization, and timeline-delivery skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Experience managing union populations in Workday.
