What you will do

• Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems, including Workday HCM applications.
• Provide consultative guidance to advise on configuration and ongoing support for global Core HR processes.
• Design and implement technology solutions to increase operational efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Support HR system upgrades, including prioritization, functional design, testing, and implementation.
• Establish and maintain HR systems documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Lead HR technology projects, overseeing planning, configuration, and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Tech/HRIS experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Workday production environment, specifically with Core HCM.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to process large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Experience managing union populations within Workday.
