What you will do

• Process customer orders accurately in SAP within 24 hours and confirm them within 48 hours.
• Coordinate the physical delivery of products, including consumables, equipment, and spare parts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales teams regarding order status and delivery updates.
• Manage service contracts and dispatch Field Service Engineers (FSE) as required.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement operational improvements.
• Handle customer complaints and returns in collaboration with internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment.
• In-depth understanding of SAP and workflow applications.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams, 3rd party suppliers, and transport companies.
• Commercial awareness regarding the impact of order management on overall service results.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a cross-functional environment.
