Staff Product Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: San Francisco, on-site at the downtown headquarters five days per week

Salary: $200,000–$260,000 USD annually, depending on experience, plus equity, benefits, and an annual performance-based bonus of up to 30%.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for core healthcare business units and lead key initiatives from inception through launch.
• Gather strategic customer feedback and translate complex, bespoke needs into modular, scalable product solutions.
• Develop product infrastructure, standards, and self-serve tooling to scale offerings efficiently.
• Define business models, pricing packages, and commercial standards in alignment with go-to-market needs.
• Identify recurring patterns across customer workflows, regulatory changes, and market signals to improve roadmap efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers, forward-deployed engineers, sales, customers, and leadership to drive product and engineering growth.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, forward-deployed engineering, or a hybrid customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to translate customer complexity into modular, scalable product solutions.
• Experience building products with go-to-market alignment, including pricing, packaging, and strategy.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate with engineers on system trade-offs and scalable infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, structured thinking, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Bias for action, ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and interest in building a product from zero to one.
