Senior Business Improvement Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Shape business improvement projects with the Head of Business Improvement in line with strategic priorities.
• Lead departmental, cross-functional, and cross-divisional process improvement initiatives across the International business.
• Scope improvement opportunities with senior leaders and determine effective delivery approaches.
• Develop the Business Improvement practitioner network and contribute to training, governance, KPIs, and template libraries.
• Embed process performance metrics and measurable benefits across the organisation.
• Support process design for strategic system developments and improvements, including initiatives involving AI and automation.

Requirements

• Track record of delivering cross-functional or multi-geographic process improvement projects.
• Demonstrable Lean Six Sigma experience at Black Belt level.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and risk reduction techniques.
• Experience using data analysis to support improvement decisions and measure benefits.
• Ability to work independently, communicate with and influence technical and non-technical audiences, and build trusting relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance, particularly the London Market, is useful.
