Customer Implementation Analyst (Internship)

What you will do

• Support multiple client implementation projects as a project consultant.
• Understand client needs and advise on suitable hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver high-quality solutions and services on time and within budget.
• Participate in solution-building and change-management workshops with client project teams.
• Lead or support client meetings covering functional specifications, demonstrations, and solution training.
• Resolve client issues proactively and collaborate with Product on app improvements based on market requirements.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly, explain them clearly, and work in an international environment.
• Technical or analytical education is preferred, such as computer science, engineering, science, finance, economics, logistics, or supply chain.
• Fluent English required.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• French, Italian, or Spanish language skills.
• Interest in startups and new technologies.
