Focus on designing resilient supply chain processes, mitigating supplier and logistics risks, implementing ERP/MRP planning systems, and supporting manufacturing scale-up across Europe and Ukraine.

What you will do
- Represent the Romanian production site within the Global Supply Chain organization.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations covering planning, procurement coordination, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and components for production targets and customer commitments.
- Develop local supply chain processes aligned with global standards and optimize inventory, costs, and operational performance.
- Manage supplier performance, delivery reliability, supply continuity, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Support ERP, MRP, planning-system implementation, production scale-up, and future site expansion.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in supply chain management, operations, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, supplier management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience with global or multi-site supply chains, ERP systems, MRP tools, and supply chain analytics.
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, supplier development, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or production ramp-up environments.
- Professional fluency in English and Romanian is required.
