Junior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

• Support the coordination of multiple AI production projects across video and imagery, with a strong focus on automotive content.
• Maintain schedules, task plans, project trackers, databases, asset lists, and delivery checklists.
• Coordinate uploads, assets, project information, resources, feedback, versions, and approvals.
• Track project status, hours, progress, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Participate in project meetings, internal reviews, and client calls while documenting decisions and follow-ups.
• Work with senior project managers and production teams to connect information and improve workflows, tooling, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, production, or a similar environment.
• Good understanding of generative AI tools and eagerness to continue learning.
• Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
