Project Delivery Specialist (French-fluent)

Location: Remote from Portugal, onsite, or hybrid in Coimbra, Portugal; in-person attendance at the Coimbra office is expected at least once a week on average when required.

What you will do

• Own delivery for French-speaking clients from project kickoff through steady-state operation.
• Coordinate hirify.global teams, clients, stakeholders, and field teams to prepare and execute deployments.
• Coordinate onsite activities at client depots, including vehicle availability and compliance requirements.
• Manage travel, accommodation, materials, project requests, and other implementation logistics.
• Maintain project documentation, quality standards, compliance, budgets, and expense visibility.
• Identify, onboard, and manage external installation partners while monitoring performance and installation quality.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management or similar customer-facing stakeholder coordination experience.
• Experience in operations management, account management, client delivery, field services, logistics, or coordinating people, sites, or equipment.
• French at C1 level required.
• English at B1 level minimum required; C1 is valued.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, initiative, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn the technical aspects of deployment work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work.
• PMP certification.
• Automotive or related industry experience.
• Background in variable, high-volume operations, field services, or logistics.
