Project Manager (French-fluent)

Location: Remote from Portugal, onsite, or hybrid in Coimbra, Portugal; in-person meetings at the Coimbra office are expected when required, with a minimum average of once a week.

What you will do

• Own delivery for French-speaking clients from project kickoff through steady-state operation.
• Coordinate hirify.global, client, field, and external stakeholder teams and gather the technical information required for deployments.
• Organize field-team priorities, assign tasks, track progress, and maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate onsite client activities, including vehicle availability and depot compliance requirements.
• Manage travel, accommodation, materials, project requests, documentation, quality procedures, and project expenses.
• Identify, onboard, and manage installation partners while monitoring their performance and installation quality.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management or a similar customer-facing or stakeholder-facing role.
• French at C1 level required.
• English at B1 level minimum; C1 is valued.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with a proactive and process-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn the technical aspects of deployment work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work.
• PMP certification.
• Background in the automotive or a related industry.
