Junior Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Support the coordination of multiple AI production projects across video and imagery, with a strong focus on automotive content.
• Maintain schedules, task plans, project trackers, databases, asset lists, and delivery checklists.
• Coordinate uploads, project information, internal and external resources, feedback, versions, and approvals.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and participate in internal reviews, project meetings, and client calls.
• Track hours and project progress, organize documentation, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Contribute to improving production workflows, tooling, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, production, or a similar environment.
• Understanding of generative AI tools and eagerness to continue learning.
• Proactive, self-starting, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Affinity with automotive and/or powersports.
