What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy and operating plan for the professional services organisation.
• Own the workflow business P&L and manage revenue, gross margin, profitability, utilisation, CSAT, and NPS.
• Lead, mentor, and scale project managers, delivery managers, consultants, and supplier partnerships.
• Oversee client engagements from pre-sales scoping through execution, quality review, and closure.
• Establish project governance, risk management, quality assurance, supplier onboarding KPIs, and data delivery controls.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Finance on solution design, pricing, SOWs, strategic accounts, and services expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, managed services, or technology delivery.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning a services P&L and delivering revenue, margin, and client satisfaction targets.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing delivery teams in technology-driven environments.
• Strong commercial, executive communication, pre-sales, SOW, pricing, and contract negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML data services, annotation, data labelling, or adjacent AI infrastructure.
• Experience scaling global or distributed delivery organisations across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles and complex client environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MBA, or an advanced degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
