Location: Remote, open to candidates across supported locations in APAC, including Singapore and the Philippines

Salary: SGD 98,800–148,200 in Singapore; PHP 2,258,800–3,388,200 in the Philippines

What you will do

• Lead the localized adaptation and integration of the global MVNO core, including HSS, DRA, and PGW.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and engineering tasks.
• Run discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Define business rules and data exchange requirements for MNP, voice and SMS routing, regulatory reporting, and lawful interception.
• Define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, sign-off requirements, and technical-regulatory checklists across multiple countries.
• Provide functional leadership and mentor Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably in telecom or technology.
• Ability to convert complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering requirements.
• Working knowledge of SIP, SMS routing, MNP databases, international roaming, and interconnectivity.
• Strong experience writing user stories, functional specifications, Jira tickets, technical documentation, and process flowcharts.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members and liaising across legal, product, and engineering functions.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
• Knowledge of GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
• Familiarity with Lawful Interception and regional compliance reporting.
