Solution & Design Authority Lead (Airport Technology): Defining and governing end-to-end architectures for airport operational technologies, ICT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, and managed services with an accent on design assurance, interoperability, and compliance. Focus on leading architecture reviews, managing technical risks, supporting bids, and maintaining technical accountability through implementation, testing, and operational acceptance.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; hybrid work with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs

What you will do
- Define end-to-end solution architectures for airport operational technologies, ICT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Lead design reviews, architecture assurance processes, and technical governance across multiple technology domains.
- Support bids and business development through solution concepts, technical responses, customer workshops, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Identify technical risks, constraints, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies and alternative designs.
- Provide technical oversight during implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational acceptance.
- Produce solution designs, technical standards, governance frameworks, technology roadmaps, risk assessments, and architecture review reports.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of airport technologies, ICT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and design governance processes.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in or be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for this hybrid role.
