Solutions Architect - Service Creation (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States, including Florida, Georgia, Texas, Colorado, New York, and California

Salary: $169,600–$233,200 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop packaged service offerings based on NGFW, Prisma SASE, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Define end-to-end architectures, deployment models, integration patterns, and operational frameworks.
• Build repeatable service blueprints for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Lead offer development from ideation through validation, pricing alignment, launch, and go-to-market readiness.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, service providers, MSPs, and telecommunications partners.
• Establish best practices for multi-cloud, hybrid, branch transformation, Zero Trust, AI-driven security, and autonomous operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network security, solutions architecture, or related technical roles.
• Deep expertise in NGFW, SASE architectures including SSE, CASB, and ZTNA, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience building service offerings, managed services, or packaged solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, VPNs, segmentation, and cloud networking.
• Experience with service providers, MSPs, or large enterprise environments, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Work authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP multi-cloud environments.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
