Solutions Architect (Enterprise Platforms)

Location: Remote within the United States; must reside and perform work within the United States. Must support US Eastern time zone working hours. Foreign locations and personal VPN connections are prohibited. The role is associated with Reston, Virginia.

Salary: $158,819–$269,993 annually.

What you will do

• Establish the technical vision, enterprise architecture strategy, and modernization roadmap for a large-scale federal contact center and digital modernization program.
• Lead and mentor architects, technical leads, engineering teams, and multidisciplinary technical organizations.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and sustainable technology solutions.
• Design and evolve enterprise architectures across cloud, applications, data, integrations, and customer-facing platforms.
• Drive cloud-native architectures, API-driven solutions, automation, AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities, and DevSecOps practices.
• Lead architecture reviews, establish governance and engineering standards, manage technical risks, and advise Government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must reside and work within the United States.
• Must support US Eastern time zone working hours.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior technical leadership, with strong stakeholder communication and supervisory skills.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect and/or Salesforce architecture certification.
• Experience with AWS, Salesforce, enterprise integration patterns, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and CCaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled customer engagement, Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevSecOps, and FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments.
• TOGAF, ITIL Foundation, or comparable architecture certification.
