Services Sales Leader (HVAC)

Location: Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Monday through Thursday onsite, with Fridays offering a choice of work location

Salary: $113,600–$224,910 annual base salary; incentive eligible

What you will do

• Manage annual and long-term financial results for the sales office, including profit, volume, margins, business mix, and market share.
• Lead customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, marketing, customer retention, and account penetration initiatives.
• Hire, onboard, assess, and train sales associates; set quotas and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Assemble account teams and coordinate with account managers across different business development needs, sales cycles, and product portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity requirements.
• Support employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and diversity and inclusion strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial or industrial sales experience.
• Proven experience guiding and successfully completing projects.
• Valid in-state driver's license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous three years.
• Safety-sensitive role; additional drug screening may be required.
